MicroGroup Introduces Non-Contact Processing of Precision Tips and Features for Trocars, Cannulas, and Other Critical Applications

MicroGroup continues to develop new capabilities to help its customers introduce high quality and high performing products. The company has developed the capability to deliver extremely sharp, burr free surfaces for critical applications like trocar and cannula tips where there is no direct contact with the tip surface during the manufacturing process, which leads to a consistent, high quality product. Leveraging 40 plus years of technical know-how, its large team of in-house toolmakers and expertise with over 40 internal manufacturing process lead MicroGroup to develop this capability to deliver higher quality components and sub-assemblies. In addition, many times these are offered at better economics than those currently being achieved.
