Ultrasonic

Hot alkaline aqueous ultrasonic cleaning is a staple of the metal working industry. Typically parts would be pre-cleaned by vapor degreasing, where practical or as size permits, prior to hot alkaline cleaning. The deionized water is heated through a 50-amp induction water heater to ensure no drop in rinse temperature.

Rinse water is additionally maintained by measuring conductivity. While every application has different requirements, TE Connectivity is capable of producing final rinse values of less than 50µS for most applications.
