MicroGroup has invested in some new shipping software which will improve our communication with you!
As soon as your order is staged on our dock, our Inside Sales and Customer Service staff will be able to access the tracking number for your shipment. Once your order has shipped, our new software will automatically email you the tracking number as well as some pertinent order details.
When placing your orders with us, we welcome your help to ensure that our records include the correct contact person’s email for this information.
