RoHS and REACH Compliance for MicroGroup (Medway)

Microgroup is taking this opportunity to state compliance in accordance with the published European Union (EU) directives, collectively referred to as the “Waste Directives”. Microgroup has reviewed the impact of these official requirements on our manufactured products. We have determined our compliance with all of the directives for both internal and external supply. Microgroup does not use any of the restricted substances listed in this document to manufacture any parts or subassemblies.

Certificate of Conformance: Format Modification

Dear Valued Customer,

In the spirit of continuous improvement, MicroGroup has completed a project to improve its data reporting to demonstrate conformance of parts to your print specifications.

Effective October 5, 2009 the Certificates of Conformance MicroGroup supplies with every shipment, will now be produced in an automated fashion. This new method greatly reduces the turn-around time to create a certificate, it eliminates manual steps thus reducing the possibility of typos and data entry errors, and it more fully captures the entirety of all customer specified quality parameters.

All Certificates are still 100% cross-checked for accuracy by a member of the quality organization, but will have the additional check of the new system that will also check for data errors, out-of-tolerance conditions, and flag the operator creating the certificate if that condition is found. 

It is MicroGroup's goal to achieve 100% accurate, zero-defect processes, it is our sincere hope you like the format improvements you will see our quality documentation.
